Established in 1999, Glendale Securities Ltd ("Glensec") has built a resilient portfolio of yielding property assets across the UK. Our background is in Commercial, Residential and Mixed-Use assets, where we assess opportunities against well-defined investment criteria.

Whilst we continue to invest in UK real assets, with a focus on development opportunities, we are increasingly focused on investing in companies serving the wider Property and Facilities sectors. Glensec is actively acquiring companies, with the aim of building an integrated group of high-quality Testing, Inspection and Certification ("TIC") businesses serving UK based customers who require a complete compliance solution.

Underpinned by strong family values, we typically collaborate with retiring business owners, to provide the exit they require, whilst ensuring their company continues to thrive for the long-term. We aim to minimise disruption during this process, retaining staff to ensure business continuity and focusing on growth and operational improvement.

Glensec invests in opportunities where there is potential to add substantial value through active management. We do this by investing for the long-term - we take a 30 year view on both property development and business acquisition opportunities - based on rational principles, using our own capital, with the aim to create and preserve sustained, long-term wealth for all stakeholders.
