Nick Hanspal

• Nick became a Director of Glensec in 2018. He specialises in acquisitions, planning and development. He is also responsible for managing the investment portfolio.

• Before joining Glensec, Nick worked as a commodities and currency trader in London.

• Nick holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics from Brunel University.

Gulzar "Gul" Hanspal

Co-CEO and Chief Investment Officer

• Gul became a Director of Glensec in 2018. He is primarily focused on origination, deal execution, capital raising and business development.

• Gul has 13 years experience in corporate finance, including as an investment banker at Investec Bank plc. Gul's specialty is in helping entrepreneurs and business owners unlock acquisitions, shareholder change and other strategic growth ambitions. He started his career at Deloitte UK and is an ICAEW chartered accountant (ACA). 

• Gul holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Mathematics with Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Tito Hanspal

Co-Founder and Board Director

• Co-founder and director of Glensec, with over 35 years of  investment experience. Tito manages the investment portfolio and oversees Glensec's investment strategy.

• Tito's background is in aerospace engineering, where he has held several high-profile roles, working closely with Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney, Boeing, MTU, Snecma and others.

• Tito holds a PhD in Nuclear Physics and a BSc (Hons) degree in Physics from King's College London.

Kamal Hanspal

Co-Founder and Board Director

• Co-founder and director of Glensec, with over 35 years of  investment experience. Kamal specialises in legal execution and negotiation.

• Kamal served as a Magistrate in London for more than 26 years. Her background as an ex-JP and knowledge of the law is invaluable to Glensec.

• Kamal holds a BA (Hons) degree in Law from Kingston University.
